Eric Mochnacz

Vice President of Human Resources

Higher Ed Defector. Advocate for impactful change. Process Optimizer. Committed to implementing innovative people solutions to drive businesses forward.

After fifteen years of bringing change to student affairs programs on college campuses along the east coast, Eric strategically pivoted into Human Resources.  He leverages his people management skills and process optimization experience to help small businesses grow their HR function and help leaders scale their business with a people-centric approach.  He does all this while focusing on building and maintaining genuine relationships with his teammates and colleagues.

Eric started his career as a Residential Life Administrator at Monmouth University, earning a promotion to Area Coordinator, and then returning to his alma mater, Seton Hall University, as the Assistant Director for Training and Development in the Housing and Residence Life office.  Throughout his higher education career, Eric was referred to as “the fixer” - charged with implementing and improving processes and policies to leave organizations better than he found them.

Eric earned his Bachelor’s in Communication from Seton Hall University and holds a Masters of Education in Counseling from Monmouth University.  Eric also holds his SHRM-SCP certification, designating him as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management.

When not at his desk, Eric is a committed Peloton member and an avid runDisney fan.  He loves to read and write and is a contributor to an online literary magazine.
